Caullen is an ACE-certified and TRX Level 1 Qualified Group Fitness Instructor. He utilizes his knowledge of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), sports-specific, functional, circuit and general strength training to instruct a variety of group training formats at various gyms around Chicago. Check'em out below.

Motiv8 (45-Min)
FFC East Lakeview FRI 9a
These high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout classes are designed to increase aerobic and anaerobic capacity, enhance power production and develop overall strength. Short 20 second intervals at your max is followed by ten seconds of rest, the drill is repeated in traditional tabata format for an overall total body fat burning and strength building workout.
Torch (60-Min)
Studio Three
MON 9:45a + 12p (45-Min) / THURS 5:30p + 6:45p / SAT 7:15a + 8:30a
This class features Studio Three's signature three zones of varying work and intensity for all skill levels. Zones consist of treadmill intervals, strength training and rowing.

WOD (Workout of the Day) (45-Min)
RAY TUES / THURS 9a
Develop muscular and cardiovascular endurance during this one-stop-shop format utilizing space, resistance and power exercises. AMRAPS (As Many Rounds As Possible), EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) and other workouts allow participants to move at their own pace yet challenge their athletic ability.
Bootcamp (45-Min)
RAY ​MON / TUES / THURS 6a + 7a
This full-body weight training and high intensity cardio workout is designed to build a fit, lean body and decrease body fat. It utilizes dumbbells, Kettlebells, Steps, TRX Suspension Training, medicine balls, agility ladders, BOSU balls, gliding discs, jump ropes, and more! This type of training will get your metabolism working overtime!

Fitness Formula Clubs are a premiere circuit of fitness clubs located all around Chicago. They feature various formats of group fitness classes included with membership. I mainly teach at the Halsted and East Lakeview locations.
